Our customer order/service line is available Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 6:00pm CST (we close at 5pm on Fridays) to process your order. Technical assistance is available for application and installation help. Normal ground shipping charges will be added to your purchase at the time of your order. Texas Residents add 8.75% sales tax. Prices are subject to change.

WARRANTY
All products carry at least a full 90 day warranty, most are 1 to 2 years or longer. The warranty does not include shipping damage, user misuse or abuse, user modified items or act of GOD. Be sure and check shipping containers for possible damage upon receiving.
REPLACEMENTS
Rugged CCTV advance replaces most small pieces of equipment. We will pay shipping from our location for the new equipment within the warranty period. A Return Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from our Customer Service Department prior to returning product to us. We ask that the customer pays the shipping to return the defective product. All returns subject to approval by our warehouse staff. A 20-25% restocking fee may apply.
